Shipping policy

At COY LLC, we want your order to reach you promptly and in one piece. Here is how shipping works:

1. Processing time
   Orders are processed and shipped from Virginia within 3 to 5 business days. During high-demand periods, such as the holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping time
   Once your order has shipped, delivery is by USPS Ground Advantage, which USPS estimates at 2 to 5 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees, and delivery times can vary because of weather or carrier delays. For holiday gifts, order by December 10 to ship by USPS's recommended December 17 date.
3. Shipping costs
   Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Orders of $50 or more ship free.
4. Where we ship
   We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
5. Tracking your order
   When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package with the carrier.
6. Shipping address
   Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Delays and issues
   While we do our best to meet our estimates, delays can happen for reasons outside our control. If your package is delayed, damaged or lost, contact us at support@coyllc.com and we will help.
